Liability for content
Under section 7(1) of the Telemedia Act we are responsible, as a provider of services, for our own contents of this site in accordance with general law. However, pursuant to sections 8 – 10 of the Telemedia Act we are under no obligation as a provider of services to monitor any incoming or stored third-party information or to investigate any circumstances indicative of unlawful activity.
Any obligation imposed by general law to remove information or to block the use thereof shall remain unaffected by the foregoing. However, any liability in this regard can only arise as of the time when knowledge of a specific violation of law was gained. Upon learning of such violations of law, we shall remove such content without delay.

Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites, the contents of which are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot accept any warranty for such third-party contents. In any event, the responsibility for the contents of linked sites rests with their respective provider or operator. We maintain an online presence on YouTube to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/prospects. We would like to point out that this might cause user data to be processed outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. This may increase risks for users that, for example, may make subsequent access to the user data more difficult. We also do not have access to this user data. Access is only available to YouTube.
